Who we look for
Eligibility
Trainees
- Undergraduates at top 50 U.S. universities or liberal arts colleges
- Strong academic standing and meaningful extracurriculars
- Excellent communication skills
- Open to exploring different career paths
- Believe in paying it forward
Mentors
- 1–5 years post-graduation
- Working at leading companies in the U.S. or China
- Willing to commit 2+ hours per month
