Who we look for

Eligibility

Trainees
  • Undergraduates at top 50 U.S. universities or liberal arts colleges
  • Strong academic standing and meaningful extracurriculars
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Open to exploring different career paths
  • Believe in paying it forward
Mentors
  • 1–5 years post-graduation
  • Working at leading companies in the U.S. or China
  • Willing to commit 2+ hours per month
